Shane McCrae is the author of
Mule, Blood, Forgiveness Forgiveness (forthcoming from Factory Hollow Press), and three chapbooks--most recently,
Nonfiction. His poems have appeared, or are forthcoming, in
The Best American Poetry, The American Poetry Review, Fence, Pleiades, LIT and elsewhere, and he has received a Whiting Writer’s Award and a fellowship from the NEA. He teaches in the brief-residency MFA program at Spalding University.
Jeffrey Pethybridge is the author of
Striven, The Bright Treatise (Noemi Press 2013). His work appears widely in journals such as
Chicago Review, Volt, Poor Claudia, The Iowa Review, LIT, New American Writing and others. He is also the North American Editor for
Likestarlings, a web-archive of collaborative poetry and poetics. He's currently at work on a documentary project entitled "Found Poem Including History, an Essay on the Epic,” which is centered on the recently released torture memos. He grew up in Virginia.

Lesley Ann Wheeler is a teacher and writer in Kansas City, Missouri. Her chapbook,
Dream Treatment, was recently published by Dancing Girl Press. A graduate of the Iowa Writers' Workshop, she is a co-editor of
Strange Cage, a poetry press.
